In your enduring journey of the heart's quest, envision what you truly desire, the kind of connections whose presence rounds off your edges instead of eroding them.
In the quietness of your heart, and the guiding of your soul, be mindful. You are where you are meant to be.
Allow yourself to acknowledge your pain, but do not dwell there. Let it hurt, then let it go. It is not your identity.
Deconstruct your façade. It has served you in your quest to survive, but it has outlived its usefulness.
Be ready to confront your fears. As you do so, be honest with yourself and those around you.
Beware of those who project their internal reality on to you. That is not your business.
Where you have experienced deceit, may your soul remain untarnished as a true testament to your resilience.
Do not respond to gossip. It will add nothing to your life, but it will take away your peace.
Practice forgiveness and compassion, if indeed you can. Do not force it.
Look toward emotional clarity, embracing self-worth and openness to kindred spirits.
Believe the metaphor that the cosmos aligns to bring into reality what you seek, but only in its own time.
Life presents you with many opportunities. Some you will be aware of, whilst others are a mere whisper on the periphery of your consciousness.
Place your trust in people who align with your values. Politely disengage from those who do not have your best interests at heart.
Timing is critical. A decision delayed may be a perfect opportunity missed for a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
As always, the choice is yours, but remember, you are not free from the consequences of those choices. You will find that both liberating and frightening.
The destination is never promised, so be grateful for the present moment. That is all that you truly ever have.
When you fail, begin again. As you do so, do not look back. Apply what you have learn to your new reality.
Whatever path you take, follow it with hope, gratitude, peace, and love.
Above all, believe in who you are.
